I’ve been teaching awareness through barefoot walking for a number of years now. In my events, retreats and I even once ran a monthly barefoot club! In this video I’ll show you the benefits of mindful barefoot walking, how to do it safely and give you an idea of different surfaces to try!

We all probably walked barefoot as children but we stop doing it once we grow up and thats a shame! Hopefully this video will inspire you to take those shoes and socks off and get paddling, skipping through the park grass or squelching in mud!
